Practice Portal is an online practice space for daily yogic, meditation, and well-being practices. Led by Kate, weekly classes offer a blend of kundalini, breathwork, hatha, and meditation.
Interactive workshops offer the support of plants, food, and herbs; yogic lifestyle and well-being practices; and authentic community.
Individual coaching focuses on creating and maintaining an inspiring daily practice--with an emphasis on meditation, breathwork, kundalini, or overall health.
Kate is a yoga and meditation teacher who is devoted to her practice as a path of awakening and liberation. She is also a student of the plants and loves sharing the healing power of plants and food with others.
